Overview
Integrations is where you connect CXF to the third-party services it relies on, by supplying each provider’s credentials. Providers are grouped by category — Email, SMS, Video, Messaging, and AI — and each has its own Logs (change history) and Edit. The transport providers you pick in Communication get their credentials here.Where to find it

Behaviour & rules
- A provider that hasn’t been set up shows “not configured” for each of its credentials.
- Stored secrets are masked — for example, an API key is shown as
••••••dLPw, revealing only the last characters.
Governance & permissions
Only a super admin or Master can view and edit integration credentials.Related
