Overview
Communication is where you configure how CXF sends Email and SMS: which template provider supplies the message templates, which transport provider delivers the messages, and — for email — the default sender identity.Where to find it
Settings → Communication.| Property | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Email Templates Provider | enum | Where email templates come from. Currently CXF. |
| Email Transport Provider | enum | The service that delivers email. Currently Mandrill. |
| Default “From” Address | string | The address emails are sent from (for example [email protected]). |
| Default “From” Name | string | The sender name shown on emails (for example CXF Support). |
| Testing control email | boolean | When on, redirects all outgoing email to a test address instead of the real recipients — for safe testing. |
SMS
